Welcoming Year of the Ox - RT

国泰民安,
愿新春佳节快乐!

Welcoming Year of the OX with loud bangs!!

7,200 firecrackers went off at the stroke of 12 at River Hongbao 2009 on the eve of Chinese New Year! Sending the Year of the Rat away and welcoming Year of the Ox!

Thousands of visitors, young and old, ushered in the Year of the Ox at River Hongbao with loud bangs. Firecrackers which are still banned in Singapore were fired with special permission from the police for this occasion.

Performance by Hubei Art College

These beautiful girls performed an ethnic dance, winning lots of applause from the audience.

The Nanjing Acrobatic Troupe put up some amazing acrobatic performances. 4 European visitors who were sitting next to me clapped and cheered loudly for them.

真挚的祝愿您:家庭顺治,生活康熙,人品雍正,事业乾隆,万事嘉庆,前途道光,财富咸丰,内外同治,千秋光绪,万众宣统!
