My first weekend staycation at at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) was in year 2010. It was an unforgettable experience. We had an upgrade to the Club Room. My kids enjoyed swimming in the iconic Infinity Pool.
Recently, my hubby and I spent a romantic 2D1N staycation at MBS thanks to one of my BFFs! Once we checked in at 3.30 pm, we spent some time soaking in the exhilarating garden view from our room.

Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped, glad to find TWG tea bags were provided.
It was raining so we couldn't go outdoors to visit Gardens By The Bay. We strolled to the The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the luxury shopping mall located right next to the huge hotel for our dinner.
Strolled past an indoor canal where shoppers took rides along the canal in sampan boats (traditional Chinese vessels from the 17th century).
Hubby was nursing a bad cough, he wanted something soupy. A popular Chinese restaurant had a long queue so we chose to eat at the food court, Rasapura Masters. There were so many food stalls to choose from. Finally we decided on a steaming hot noodle soup, a bento set for me and steam dimsum. After dinner, we returned to our hotel room and stay put.
The following morning we headed to The Shoppes to have breakfast. It was still drizzling outside. Hope to go swimming before we checked out.... to be cotinued

谢谢好友的招待, 让我和老公在新加坡滨海湾金沙酒店度过一个浪漫的宅度假。下午3時左右check in，我们的客房面对滨海湾花园，远处可看到蓝色海平面，摩天轮也能看到一点点 。。。 风景真棒！晚上可见滨海湾花园的灯光秀，真精彩!
酒店休闲设施都非常齐全，客房內提供TWG茶包！我们尽可能的在酒店里度过休闲的时光, 放松自己，选择去做些平日生活不常做的事情。
酒店下面有赌场、地下街、地铁站和超大的商场, 要很有脚力才行喔。 呵呵。。购物中心应有尽有，各样名牌与高档物件一应具全, 老公唯一需要担心的是他的荷包了! 哈哈 。。。
在吃的方面完全不用担心, 餐馆、食阁选择多多。老公喉咙发炎要喝汤类食品, 著名的中餐馆外大排长龙, 只好去食阁吃热汤面。食阁内的食品选择多样化，从本地美食到国际料理都有。
隔天早上还下着毛毛雨, 我们先吃了早餐, 等雨停了才去金沙酒店顶楼的无边无际游泳池泡一泡。嘻嘻。。。
出国却觉得太贵又麻烦？其实，选择在国内酒店度假也能好好享受喔！
