A fabulous evening with friends from the media and amazingly delicious food and wines at Artemis Grill.
Located on the 40th floor of CapitaGreen, this rooftop Mediterreanean grill is in Singapore's Central Business District. A 100 year-old olive tree attracted my attention as we strolled into the trendy outdoor bar.
We sipped champagne and took in the breathtaking view of Singapore's growing skyline.
The food was so beautifully presented. For a moment I couldn't bear to eat it. Ingredients were fresh and features hormone-free, grass-fed meats and sustainably-sourced seafood.
Each dish was paired with a different wine, I tried every one of them. Fortunately I did not get drunk. hahaha....
