Battling harsh weather conditions (standing in the sun and rain), sleep deprivation, hunger and thirst, the contestants have to keep their right palms firmly on the palm decals on the cars. Every 6 hours, they get a 5-minute break. They can choose to have their meal, drink, get a massage or go to the toilet.

Hoping to break the record for the longest time at 81 hours and 32 minutes held by the 2008 Singaporean winner George Lee, contestants get to win prizes every 12 hours. The organizers hope this will motivate them to test and push their own limits.
