Because we waited until the last minute to plan this trip, we almost had to camp out after dinner but fortunately for us, there was a tiny villa left in Anini Raka Resort and Spa. It was built right in the middle of padi fields!

Singapore City can easily become a bubble if you let it. Sometimes it takes a good road trip to remind you that there's life outside the city ..... and nature at that!

Should visit Ubud, it's such a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. I miss the many quiet moments when I was reading a book beside the padi fields.

ReplyDeleteI hv been to Bali twice and yet I love to go there again. I went to Ubud this time last year for a day trip only to see the wood carvings and their lovely paintings. My next trip will definitely be to stay in one of these padi fields! Lovely pics u hv here.
