Yummy Eats at Kampong Glam Bazaar - WW



More yummy food found at Kampong Glam Bazaar. :)





I love Nasi Bryani but I discover a new dish - Bee Hoon Bryani! I ordered one packet for takeaway and it was very delicious! I'm going back for more!





Colourful traditional Malay kueh-kueh (cakes). 3 for S$1. I just love these cakes. The green bean cakes (front, right) are my favourite. Can someone give me the recipe for it?





Prawn vadai - it's an Indian snack which my hubby loves.


Durian and Kaya Rolls (S$13 for 2 rolls) from the famous Rich and Good Cake Shop. I prefer the Kaya Roll. 24 Kandahar Road Tel : 6294 3324

    i love bihon dishes and the bryani here looks appetizing. i could eat tons of that except on a not so spicy flavor.

    i could drool on the cakes. yeah the green one looks tempting. :)

    I have heard good reviews of the swiss rools from the shop at Kandahar. They look yummy. Looks like I would get quite a lot of eye-candy treats just by visiting your blog. There's just so much interesting food!

    I love kaya rolls too.OMG its been ages but I remember prawn vadai and the hot chilli that went with it (but not for me).An Indian man riding his bicycle used to sell them in our area at 4 o'clock by ringing his bell.He also sold all sorts of nuts(kachan?).The good old days in sleepy Katong.
    Reminds me of pisang goreng too.Getting hungry talking about all this food!You naughty lah!

    Is the durian roll made from fresh durian pulp? I prefer fresh pulp.

    That's really funny ! I wanted to ask you what this green like a sponge looking cake is, because I ate it at the Buddha feast ! I even made a photo to ask. I bought it at the vietnamese food stand.

    The bee hoon briyani looks absolutely delicious! And the same goes for the prawn vadai! I love anything with prawns in it! Haha! Don't think can find these two food here in KL.

    AS I have sweet tooth, those kuehs looks totally yummy and the swiss rolls - OMG! I want to taste those swiss rolls! Think I can finish the whole roll at one sitting! LOL!
