Hope number 1 : wahahahahaha........ Laughing all the way to the bank ..........


My fractured bones will heal. I have been drinking this very very horrible Chinese herbal concoction daily since my return from China. I hope I don't have to go through surgery.

I'm amazed that I could win the Brand's Blogger Challenge despite the excruciating pain I had then. It's amazing I could tolerate so much pain this whole month while I persist on maintaining my normal lifestyle. Yeah, I'm sick!

Nobody noticed. I hope to win an Oscar. hehehe.......

    I eat chicken feet but don't like ikan bilis. The Chinese herbal medicine is to heal the bones and improve blood circulation. It's effective but very very bitter.

    Sorry to hear you sick. I got sick too and yesterday I got stomachache since 3pm until night. I did not understand why. Hope you feel better and praying also for the good health and strength as we face day by day. Take care.

    Hey ecl,

    when your bones heal,
    you need to take Calcium,
    1200mg a day. take those that come
    with Vitamin D and magnesium.
    Women lose Calcium naturally
    near/after menopause.
    Bone cells are being broken down
    and rebuilt all the time.
    Search 'Osteoblasts' and 'Osteoclasts'
    I myself could not believe I was
    Calcium deficient until a Bone Mineral Density test.
