Outside each lock-up in our Supreme Court, the particulars of the accused is shown.
First row shows the prison he's coming from and the room number of the lock up he is in.
2nd row - L tells that he's serving a long sentence. His serial number and year he is charged.
3rd row - name of the accused
4th row - date and which court he is attending trial.
Teo Chee Seng was charged for poisoning a baby to death. He fed her medicated oil when she couldn't stop crying. He was given a long sentence.
