I am planning a trip to Kyoto and Tokyo which are already splashed with the vivid colours of autumn leaves. Friends and students residing in Japan are helping to plan my itinerary and suggesting places to visit. I am falling in love with the photos already.

We will travel by rail, a ride on their famous bullet train is a must. Yeah! I am excited to embark on a very memorable trip.

I am reading up about the Japanese maple and the Gingko tree. Love the brilliant coloured leaves. Going to pick some of their fallen leaves and press them between pages of my favourite book. :)
