EastCoastLife's weekend stay at Marina Bay Sands Hotel

lobby of Marina Bay Sands Hotel

I have been quite busy since the opening of Singapore's two integrated resorts (IRs) ...... I'm not attempting to break the record of a S$26-million gambling debt. :P

Friends from abroad come visiting and the IRs are "must visit" places on their itinerary.

Since it's my hubby's birthday this week, I decided to book a room at Marina Bay Sands Hotel. I was overjoyed to see that they have upgraded me to a club room. Yippee!

city view from my room on the 40th floor

From the 40th floor of my room, I look out to see a view of the breathtaking city skyline. I'm probably going to ditch the comfortable bed and sleep by the window tonight. :D

Love the spacious bathroom ......

Snacks like cheese, crackers, dried fruits, fresh fruits and premium chocolate were provided. I couldn't resist eating the chocolates.

The hotel restock the chocolates after I came back from lunch! The chocolate flower was too pretty to eat so I kept it a little longer for the night. A pity they remove it before I could eat it. :(

Premium tea and coffee ....., wine glasses..... love the little touches.

This Nespresso machine was hubby's love during our stay. sigh .......  looks like I'll have to get this as another present for him.

You've got to see the Sands SkyPark pool and Observation Deck!

To be continued....

Note : This is not a sponsored post. I paid for my stay. Thanks to Dr Charlton Low for his help in negotiating a good price for the room and the upgrade.

  7. stanley,
Stunning, breathtaking views of our city skyline! Looks better at night.

Wait for the completion of the Garden by the Bay, then book the rooms facing it. It will be another stunning view of the ocean and garden. Waiting for that day.

  10. Tekkaus,
Try something different mah. Can you see how big the room is? Can play catching before "Fun Time". The room is so big can roll all over.

See the big bath tub? Use your imagination lah.

For a special occasion, book a hotel room for more privacy and a different ambiance.

Now.... I have to think of a way to get rid of my son.

  11. Jama,
I didn't loosen too much at the casino ..... occasionally just leave the top 3 buttons of my blouse open or pull my off shoulder dress lower to distract the croupier.

    hahaha..... pulling your leg.
I didn't play at the casino. Just watching the people lose is enough to scare me.

  27. Hi, normally, even if you found a cockroach on their room which i had, they wouldnt even be kind enough to upgrade you to a club room. let alone, i bet, in normal guest like me who doesn't blog, there wouldnt be any free flow chocolates even in the club room...
