A kindergarten invited some unusual guests to one of its events.
Can you imagine scores of children screaming.....! hehe....
Some children stayed far far away from the snakes, some came forward to touch the slimy guests. :D
Eastcoastlife stood far far away to take photos. :D

Ohh they are so brave! Saw a huge snake when I went to the zoo last year and it made me cringe even when I'm already home heheReplyDelete
There were some brave kids! Boy, were they excited to touch a live snake.
Congrats for being my FC. :)
That's a huge snake, and those kids are so brave!ReplyDelete
Woah ...that snake looks familiar. I think I might have met him in Sentosa awhile ago;)ReplyDelete
Are you afraid of snakes?
When I was small, it was no big deal for me to hold a snake. But now, I'm very geli of them!ReplyDelete
Raimie is pretty interested to hold one if he is with some brave friends. Otherwise, he'll run behind me! LOL
What brings you there with the snakes???ReplyDelete

Like I said, I'm thinking of taking the Mensa test. Just a question...in the Mensa test there won't even be questions in english right? Just pictures and symbols?
Also are there certain topics that are tested like "progressive matrices" or what?
It would feel very cold touching the snake lol. Look at the snake, so fat across the cross section *scared*ReplyDelete
I think I will stay away but I don't mind touching if there's a lot of people around also touching it. One person cannot do it! So scared! Haha!ReplyDelete
Actually, by right, we should not be afraid of snakes. It's a learned fear. We absorbed this fear when we were small from TV, or real life events or news about snakes attacking and killing people.ReplyDelete
My mom has a phobia of snakes. She would scream even when confronted with a picture of a snake! That's how scared she is of snakes. And when I did a "hypnosis" on her (not real hypnosis just play play) I found out that she had at one time during her younger days accidently stepped onto a snake in the park and the snake attacked her. From then on, the sight of snakes paralysed her.
I was never afraid of snakes until I wound one around my arm and it began squeezing me. We let it go in the garden and found it climbing our stairs one day. My kids also caught the same snake twice. Then once my husband brought one into show and noticed it had rattles. Now we keep our distance, but just a couple of days ago the neighbors showed us a rattler which had been run over on the street between our houses.ReplyDelete
I'm guessing this one had been recently fed before they took it aroud children1
Oh my gosh! I would have stayed away from that snake for sure.ReplyDelete
I thought the guy should 'force' ECL to have that snake around her neck, than snap a photo :P
My daughters would have loved to a part of this. :)ReplyDelete
