Happy Valentine's Day 2008!!

Eastcoastlife wishes everyone

My hubby and I celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday. We had coffee, fries and cheese cakes at Parkway Parade McCafe. hahaha.... not the type of romantic dinner that the merchants have been promoting aggressively these past weeks.

We are a loving couple, it's Valentine's Day for us - everyday. Having been married for more than 17 years, we don't need a special day to display our love for each other.

Would you be celebrating on Valentine's Day?

Would you spend a bomb on a special Valentine's Day dinner?

Would you guys buy 99 or 999 red roses for your lovely lady?

Red roses, chocolates, lingerie and condoms are the top sellers during this time. hehe...

My 16 year-old son's going to be very busy today. He has our permission to come back after the clock struck 12. He bought 4 Vday balloons (S$8 each) and boxes of chocolates, they are definitely not going to be for one girl. hmmm....

Oops.... hope his girls don't read my blog! muahahahaha........

  27. Wahhh... entry edited liao!

U know, I really hate going to restaurants for a 'normal' dinner on Valentine Nites... why? Becos everywhere also full house! Like just now, we wanted to celebrate BB G's burfday @ TGIF, but fully booked, with a long queue summore.. ended up had to go to Eden Restaurant AND they only serve their super expensive Valentine dinner set. OK lor, nehmind.. BUT the food sux... and hv to wait like so long... grrrr!

    Wah... sucha long rant haha...

I shall pray for Jaymes... kakakaka...

14th February is over! Woohoo! Hehehe...

  35. Sorry for the belated Happy Valentine's Day wishes. Good for you not really celebrating this day as normally, esp. in the UK, one has to spend ridiculous amount of money on that day. So my hubby cooked me some food instead.

  36. Happy belated Valentine's Day! I hope you had a nice time. 17 years is great!

In the USA they sell flowers for twice as much around Valentine's Day then they usually do. It's almost better to celebrate a few days later.
