Making snowskin mooncakes

I wasn't feeling well today, I had a bad sore throat. Yet I have lots to do as tomorrow is Mid-Autumn Festival. I have completed the delivery of mooncakes to the elders in our family tree.

Now what is left is the making of mooncakes for the mooncake celebration at the old age home.
Jaymes offered to help. Tun & Lorentz assisted him.

I decided to make mini mooncakes. Really mini - just a mouthful. Tedious work. But kids have smaller hands, so it wasn't that difficult for them. There were 3 flavours - Mango, Strawberry & Pandan. Once they got the hang of it, I left them to complete the work. I went to sleep.
