One of my foreign students' Mom gave me this snack from Hong Kong, Icy Crispy Dragon Beard Candy. Bought from Bamboo Garden Restaurant. The candy is pulled from melted sugar & then wrapped around grounded peanuts. They tasted nice! Oooo, real crispy!
Brought the boys for lunch near our house. They wanted Prawn Noodle soup.
The place was packed. The owner took over a shophouse next door to his original shop some time ago & still the eatery is packed. So good business arh!
The soup was really delicious! Wah! Deep fried crispy pork lard & shallots!!! We finished every drop of it. burp..... excuse me.
