ReplyDeleteFabulous pictures and as usual I've put on 10 kilos just looking at them. I know I'd love tasting them all. I recall how the delicious Chilli Crab used to heat up and swell my lips after eating the dish. Must be the chilli.Nevertheless I love this succulent dish.
I'd forgotten all about The Big Splash! How we loved going there for the giant slides. It was such a fun and popular place. Must still be crowded like mad on weekends. At the time it was really a one of a kind place. The only other pool in the area was the mundane Chinese Swimming Club.

Hey ECL.
ReplyDeleteWondering where you've been hiding... guess I found my answer.
Are you tempting me to go to Singapore?
ReplyDeleteA crab feast from one of the renowned chefs in Singapore, now that is what I call a taste of heaven! The pictures of the food and the menu were making my mouth water as I went through them. If I were there, I would indulge in all of the dishes. It would be a regrettable loss to pass up even one of them.
