It's an Aphrodisiac. A local version of viagra or tongkat Ali. lol
This plant has male and female versions. The female species is characterised by its larger leaves and by the presence of three black dots on the back of its leaves. The male species has only two black dots on the back of its leaves.
Every one became interested in mas cotek. :DI'm not sharing the prescription here..... in case the wild Mas Cotek in Singapore go bald. lol
