PhotoHunt theme : Your morning/ humble

It was the morning after our 48th National Day celebrations. After a sumptuous breakfast, we brought several friends from China on a cruise on the Singapore River. This historical river lined with colonial architecture that bear the imprints of the country’s humble beginnings kept them busy as they snapped photos of the scenic view before them.

Singapore is one of the smallest countries in the world and the smallest country in Southeast Asia.  From its humble beginnings as a fishing village, the Singapore of today has flourished into a modern and dynamic metropolis.
