into a radiant pink beacon of hope on 1 October 2011!
Every October, Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) will illuminate prominent global landmark buildings or monuments in glowing pink lights. The Global Illumination campaign is an initiative of Estée Lauder Companies, an organisation on a mission to create a world without breast cancer! In Singapore, they will illuminate The Singapore Flyer in pink.
Everyone is invited to attend the Illumination event on 1st October event at The Singapore Flyer. A limited-edition pink ribbon wristband will be distributed to lucky visitors.
During the month of October, every Estée Lauder Companies' (ELC) employee from 150 countries and territories becomes an ambassador for BCA and is committed to spreading the awareness of breast health and that early detection can save lives.
limited-edition bottle of Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, each year Clinique offers a special, limited-edition bottle of its best-selling Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. This year, Clinique is featuring a miniature picture frame key chain adorned with a heart-shaped ribbon charm. S$10 per this special edition of Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion sold will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® while supplies last.
This year, ELC Singapore will be selling three limited edition Pink Ribbon products to raise awareness of and funds for BCA. They are Clinique Great Skin, Great Cause, Clinique Great Lips, Great Cause and Estee Lauder Perfectionist [CP+] Wrinkle Lifting Serum. $10 from this purchase of each item will be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
Elizabeth Hurley, spokesperson for Estée Lauder and The Estée Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, encourages women, "Awareness and early detection, along with raising more funds to find a cure, are the key components to conquering this disease. I look forward to a future free of breast cancer."

A good cause for sure!!!! But I most of all wish I could watch the transformation of The Singapore Flyer
into pink!!!! (One day I WILL go to Singapore!)
