The Banana Leaf Apollo

I brought May to Little India again to collect her studio photos. We had lunch at The Banana Leaf Apollo Restaurant before that.

I ordered a portion of Chicken Tandoori, a portion of Chicken Masala, a Prawn Masala which has only one prawn & Mutton Mysore. I also ordered a plate each of white rice & Briyani rice (S$3).

May finds the banana leaf interesting. She wanted to try eating with her fingers but when the waiter offered her a spoon & a fork. she changed her mind. She tried the Indian dishes but they were too spicy for her. Still she managed to finish her portion of rice.

The Mutton Mysore was tasty. I like it with my Briyani rice. May like the Chicken Tandoori, which is tender & yummy.

This meal was quite expensive, the bill came up to S$26.70.

Uncle Nathan & Vali were very happy to see us. The photos were very beautifully taken. May decided to buy up all the photos. We chatted with them for 2 hours! They introduced us to each & every one of their Indian customers.

When we reached home, it was past 7pm. We waited for Chris to come back before going out for dinner with the kids & the maid.

We had dinner at the coffee shop across the road. Tony tried Mee Rebus but finds it too spicy. Jaymes exchanged it with his Sliced Fish Bee Hoon Soup. Walbert & Lorentz had Mee Soto. May had Nasi Goreng (Malay Fried Rice) while Tun had Mee Goreng (Fried Noodle).
